Please ensure you check the care instructions tag on how to care for your Alfie products to keep in its best original condition possible.


If you are not satisfied with your items Alfie will happily offer an exchange for something else within 2 weeks of you receiving your items. Refunds are only offered if the product is faulty or damaged at time when received. All items returned must be in original condition and unworn and if the product does not meet these requirements Alfie reserves the right to refuse further responsibility. 
Please note we do not cover postage charges for returns and exchanges. For exchanging an item it must be returned to us with a Prepaid Postage Satchel and once received the new item will then be shipped to you. In the case of a refund it will not be processed until the item has been returned to us.
